FAQ’s

  • Veneers starts at £795 per tooth. I aim to provide the best quality dental veneers possible comparable to ones costing twice the price. I can also offer smile packages to suit your needs.

  • You will need one appointment for any minimal tooth shaping, dental moulds and for temporary veneers to be fitted. The moulds are sent to my ceramic laboratory for the veneers to be manufactured which takes approximately 2-3 weeks. After this you will see me for a final fitting.

  • Dental veneers typically last 7 to 10 years, but looked after well can last even longer. Factors such as diet, lifestyle and your hygiene, as well as how often you attend the dentist and have cleans will affect the longevity.

  • Absolutely not! What is carried out in these videos is extremely aggressive and wholly unncessary and not to mention dangerous for the health of the tooth. An experienced cosmetic dentist should be able to gently and minimally shape your teeth. The smile design stage is crucial as it is here that the amount of shaping will be discussed and if it is needed at all.

  • Asides from routine regular dental checkups and hygienist cleans to ensure the veneers are healthy, the only maintenance that might be required is wearing a night guard gumshield to protect them from any potential clenching forces. The most important factor is your own oral hygiene and maintaining excellent brushing and flossing around your veneers to keep them as healthy as possible.

  • Veneers are very strong and chipping is extremely rare. If it does happen, it is usually as a result of a bite imbalance which is why bite checks before you leave are crucial. Staining on the other hand does not happen as ceramic stays the same shiny colour for the lifespan of the veneer.

  • Yes! You can go about eating all the foods you love as normal, I would just recommend avoiding biting into abnormal objects, like fingernails, pen lids and especially opening beer bottles with your veneers!

  • Technically yes any dentist can provide Veneers but you should always ask to see their work. An experienced Cosmetic Dentist should be able to show you a portfolio of their smiles along with testimonials.

  • Yes we offer 0% finance for 12 months and extended finance terms of up to 5 years with an interest rate applicable (please ask for details). If you would rather not apply for finance we also offer payment plans direct with the clinic.

  • No unfortunately I only offer cosmetic dental treatments, however I do work with very talented and trusted colleagues I can refer you to for normal dental treatments.
